Besef wat Anthony Robbins zegt! Het klinkt heftig en het is uiteraard nooit ‘je eigen schuld’ als je ziek bent, maar zie het even als een ‘check-in’ bij jezelf. Hoe kan het gebeuren dat je vaak dingen doet, hebt, zegt of denkt die helemaal niet écht bij jou passen?
Dat je bent gaan pleasen, controleren of voldoen aan de verwachtingen van anderen, in plaats van dat je je eigen behoeften en verlangens op 1 zet? Ben je eigenlijk wel die perfectionist, clown, doorzetter, criticus, pleaser?
Het antwoord is nee. Dit zijn patronen die in onze jeugd zijn ontstaan. Vanuit een gevoel van onveiligheid of angst om de liefde of de aandacht van onze opvoeders te verliezen, zijn we ons gaan aanpassen. We hebben dit patroon meegenomen in onze volwassenheid.

De aanpassing is al lang niet meer nodig, maar zit nog wel in ons systeem. Het kan zelfs zo zijn dat de opvoeders al jaren geleden overleden zijn, maar dat het patroon er nog steeds is. Het geeft klachten als signaal en put ons langzamerhand uit. Want hoeveel energie kost het je om in deze rol te functioneren? Hoeveel stress levert het je op? Waar heb jij je kracht weggegeven?
Leven vanuit die oude, onbewuste patronen betekent vaak functioneren in een overlevingsmodus. Deze manier van leven kan op de lange termijn leiden tot chronische stress of fysieke en mentale klachten.
Deze klachten kan je zien als een uitnodiging om je te herinneren aan wie je werkelijk bent. Als je eerlijk bent: wie wil en kan jij ten diepste zijn? Los van je huidige omstandigheden, gedachten, emoties en gedragingen. En wat houdt je mogelijk nog tegen om die versie van jezelf volledig te leven?

Je krijgt inzicht in hoe je je ‘authentieke zelf’ weer kunt herinneren. Door je positieve emoties, energie en innerlijke kracht te versterken, krijg je een helend effect op lichaam en emoties, waardoor je zelfhelend vermogen groeit.
Tot slot bieden we kennis vanuit de wetenschap van de kwantumfysica: ons brein vormt zich dagelijks op basis van wat we denken, voelen en doen en ons zenuwstelsel en energieveld reageren daarop. Door je emoties in een hogere frequentie te brengen, bijvoorbeeld door dankbaarheid, liefde en joy te voelen en hierbij een stappenplan te volgen, kun je de creator van je eigen leven worden en gewenste situaties manifesteren.
Hartcoherentietechnieken en oefeningen uit de Chi Neng Qigong die we in de training doen, ondersteunen dit proces volledig. Ze brengen je hart, lichaam en brein weer in verbinding, opdat je niet alleen mentaal begrijpt wat er speelt, maar het ook écht voelt en blijvend kunt veranderen. Je zenuwstelsel komt uit de ‘stressstaat’ en komt weer in balans.
